Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product innovations using trend analysis and predictive modeling

- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum AI, biocomputing, etc.) for commercial viability and competitive advantage
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future strategies into organizational KPIs
- Author white papers and thought leadership content positioning Nexus Horizons as a 2026 innovation leader
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, or biotech) with published industry insights
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Track record of launching products/services with 3+ years future impact planning
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools
- Global network of futurists, VCs, and academic researchers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) required
