Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 market-ready innovations
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems and biotech applications
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present disruptive tech visions to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 12+ specialists in emerging technologies and future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning for 2026+ technological disruption
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent-tier journals
- Experience securing federal grants and DARPA-level funding
- Deep knowledge of ISO 20857 and IEEE 7000 standards for ethical AI
- Fluency in at least two quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
