- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and venture partners
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor junior futurists in trend forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or R&D leadership
- Published research in AI, biotech, or quantum systems
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Strong network with academic and industry innovation leaders
