Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 market trends using AI-driven analytics and scenario planning frameworks
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings for executive leadership on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging threats and opportunities across industries
- Design and maintain Horizon's proprietary foresight database with real-time trend monitoring
- Present future-state scenarios to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling and interactive dashboards
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into 5-year roadmaps
- Publish thought leadership pieces on the future of work, climate tech, and human-machine collaboration
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Demonstrated experience developing scenarios for 2030+ horizons
- Strong storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Portfolio showing published foresight work or strategic frameworks
