- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions

- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into commercializable innovations
- Deliver keynote presentations at global futurism conferences and industry summits
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and biotechnology deployments
- Mentor junior futurists in speculative design and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and speculative design
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into stakeholder narratives
