Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a dynamic 2026+ technology and market foresight framework
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions using cutting-edge technologies
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and future-readiness across departments
- Deliver quarterly trend briefings to executive stakeholders with actionable insights
- Build and lead a dedicated future-strategy task force
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience building innovation roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- PhD or Master's in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
