Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Lead 15+ member cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping of next-gen interfaces
- Secure $5M+ in government/private funding for future-tech initiatives
- Develop patent portfolios for neuro-quantum integration technologies
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and international stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Collaborate with Stanford's Institute for Human-Centered AI on ethics frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, AI Ethics, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years leading R&D initiatives in quantum/AI convergence
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and foresight methodologies
- Published work in Nature Futures or IEEE Spectrum
- Deep understanding of 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Portfolio of 3+ deployed future-tech solutions
