- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends (AI ethics, climate adaptation, neurotech) to inform 2026 strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies (quantum AI, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Author thought leadership reports on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Design and execute horizon-scanning methodologies using predictive analytics
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-readiness into corporate strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI governance)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
