Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps across AI, biotech, and sustainable systems domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercial viability
- Present strategic vision to executive stakeholders and investors through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R labs for cutting-edge prototyping
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies through internal transformation initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and market shifts impacting 2026 technology landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of launching products/services targeting 5+ year horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS in Technology, PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
