Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, social, and economic shifts
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks that align with long-term organizational vision
- Produce forward-looking scenario models and risk assessments for emerging technologies
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on future-facing business strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, foresight consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic transformation
- Strong publication record in futurism or innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational innovation initiatives
