Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global technological, economic, and societal trends impacting 2026 landscape
- Develop innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons for AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product development priorities
- Establish foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Partner with venture teams to identify and evaluate emerging technologies and startups
- Produce quarterly future-readiness reports for executive decision-making
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation and future resilience
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, Web3)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM, CFS) or equivalent practical experience
