Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, energy, and technology sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to forecast technological disruptions and societal shifts
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their market implications
- Design and implement strategic frameworks for long-term organizational resilience
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and drive adoption of future-ready strategies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futurist methodologies and innovation processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years of experience in strategic innovation, trend analysis, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, journals, conferences)
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, SWOT, STEEP analysis)
