- Design innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and circular economy principles
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational structures and talent ecosystems
- Author thought leadership reports published in MIT Technology Review and Wired
- Manage cross-functional R&D partnerships with Stanford and MIT labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven impact on 5+ year horizon planning
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, biotech, quantum, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on long-term trend analysis
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, scenario planning)
- Track record of launching ventures or products with 3+ year development cycles
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive innovation adoption
