Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology) with market impact potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-proof business strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, government innovation labs, and venture capital networks
- Produce quarterly trend reports with actionable insights for C-suite decision-making
- Design and implement organizational resilience frameworks for disruptive scenarios
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and disruption analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, journals, conferences)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Experience working with AI-driven trend analysis platforms
