Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing to forecast industry evolution through 2030
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning emerging technologies with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product development priorities
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs to capture bleeding-edge insights
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and Board of Directors with data-driven recommendations
- Champion a culture of innovation by mentoring R&D teams on future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercialized products or services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
