Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop data-driven innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and strategic foresight
- Design and validate minimum viable futures through rapid prototyping and pilot programs
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, venture capitalists, and academic partners
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and KPIs
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech paradigms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or equivalent
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles with Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, Web3, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable impact
