Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps by analyzing exponential trends in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive innovations
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Design human-centered frameworks for ethical AI deployment by 2026
- Mentor junior innovators in futures thinking methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE, WFS)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools
- Experience securing $1M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (white papers, patents, keynotes)
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Mandarin, German) preferred
