Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps using predictive modeling and trend analysis

- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Design frameworks for ethical AI deployment and quantum computing adoption

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio of published future-focused research or thought leadership
