Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports with actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer next-gen innovation
- Design and implement a corporate-wide innovation pipeline aligned with 2026 market projections
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation specialists
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and investor committees
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and spatial computing
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from ACIF or APF)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
