Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate and validate breakthrough concepts
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Build and maintain a proprietary ecosystem of emerging technology and societal trend experts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and global innovation forums
- Oversee the development of '2026 Readiness' assessment tools for enterprise clients
- Champion a culture of innovation through mentorship and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or advanced degree in Futures Studies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills with 50+ high-stakes presentations
- Experience leading global innovation teams across diverse industries
- Published thought leader in future-focused publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review, HBR)
- Fluency in at least two strategic foresight software platforms (e.g., Foresight Platform, Kumu)
