Responsibilities
- Anticipate and decode global megatrends to inform 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Architect blueprints for exponential innovation across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and scale disruptive solutions
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for enterprise resilience in volatile futures
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech pioneers
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Mentor innovation teams in future-ready methodologies and adaptive leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercialized innovations
- Deep expertise in at least three exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, WFS) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Exceptional storytelling ability to articulate complex future scenarios persuasively
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Publication record in foresight journals or industry thought leadership platforms
