Responsibilities
- Research and analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, quantum computing) impacting 2026 landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for 3-5 year horizon planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present compelling future-vision narratives to stakeholders and investors
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies for emerging threats/opportunities
- Oversee development of '2026 Impact Assessments' for strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Exceptional executive communication with ability to influence C-level decisions
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., Horizons of Growth, Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
