Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology and societal foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead strategic innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Produce actionable foresight reports and strategic roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record developing long-term (3-5 year) strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership on technology-driven societal transformation
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
