Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future scenarios for technology adoption, regulatory changes, and consumer behavior
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into strategic planning and investment decisions
- Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops to align leadership on long-term vision
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future visions to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry journals or conferences
