- Partner with R&D to prioritize breakthrough projects with 5+ year impact horizons
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term strategic initiatives
- Present future-focused insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting global technology landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or advanced technology consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
