Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal megatrends
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-proof strategies into organizational DNA
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for Fortune 500 partners
- Curate and lead cross-functional innovation sprints addressing 2026 challenges
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track emerging risk vectors
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented research or frameworks
