Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate resilience) and their impact on industry verticals through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks to prepare organizational disruption and identify first-mover advantages
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives using proprietary foresight methodologies and AI-powered trend prediction tools
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with market opportunities and customer needs
- Present future-state visions to executive stakeholders and investor forums with compelling data-driven narratives
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight insights into prototype development and commercialization pathways
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, conference keynotes, and industry consortium participation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related quantitative field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AGI, nanotech, fusion energy) and societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred) or equivalent professional development
- Portfolio demonstrating future-relevant projects with measurable business impact
