As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and disruptive startups to map the technological and societal shifts that will redefine industries by 2026. Your insights will directly shape our product roadmap, investment portfolio, and corporate evolution in an era of unprecedented change.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Horizon Scan, identifying breakthrough innovations across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive teams, modeling alternative futures and their strategic implications
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with data-driven trend analysis and risk assessments
- Design and manage the Innovation Pipeline, scouting and evaluating emerging technologies for acquisition
- Represent InnovateX at global futurist conferences and build strategic partnerships with research institutions
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and investment theses
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive decision-making
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
