Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging geopolitical and socioeconomic trends to inform long-term corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios with C-suite executives
- Produce whitepapers on disruptive technologies and their societal implications
- Advolve in policy discussions at Davos and global innovation summits
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or Big Tech
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-forward initiatives
