Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to build 2026 strategic scenarios
- Develop innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-proof business models
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build proprietary foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Partner with R&D to accelerate commercialization of emerging technologies
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts impacting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) required
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or thought leadership
