Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify business opportunities and risks for 2026+ horizon
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to future disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with future market needs
- Establish thought leadership through industry publications and keynote presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (GenAI, Web3, sustainable tech) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of developing executable future-oriented business strategies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi)
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term transformation initiatives
- Portfolio of published future-focused research or strategic frameworks
