- Author forward-looking white papers and executive briefings on emerging paradigms
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, futurism, or technology foresight
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented analyses or strategic frameworks
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, weak signal detection)
