Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation pipelines
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture emerging research
- Present quarterly trend reports to the board with quantifiable impact assessments
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies to ensure responsible deployment
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of successfully predicting industry shifts (provide case studies)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
