- Collaborate with C-suite to align long-term vision with quarterly execution
- Design predictive models for market evolution and technological adoption curves
- Present foresight frameworks to investors and board stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Published work on technological or societal disruption (whitepapers, journals)
- Expertise in scenario modeling, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and forecasting models
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CSO) preferred
