Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify and prioritize disruptive technologies through 2028
- Produce strategic white papers and scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex tech trends into actionable business strategies and investment opportunities
- Present insights to executive boards and government technology councils
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports or thought leadership pieces
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology disruption
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology impact predictions
