Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging technologies to business opportunities
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive stakeholders and investors
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with disruptive market shifts
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into roadmaps
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and academic symposiums
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight ecosystem
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum AI, neurotech, climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
