Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces affecting 2026 business landscape
- Develop multi-year strategic scenarios and roadmaps for organizational adaptation
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing operations and innovation pipelines
- Quantify future market opportunities through data modeling and scenario planning
- Partner with R&D to incubate emerging technologies aligned with 2026 market needs
- Author thought leadership on industry transformation and future-proofing strategies
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and societal shifts with strategic impact assessment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic foresight sessions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
