Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, biotech convergence, climate tech) to develop actionable 2026 scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into client product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports using predictive modeling and scenario planning methodologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions for next-generation markets
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and industry summits as a thought leader
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking and horizon scanning techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Published research on disruptive technologies or societal transformation
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- Experience working with C-suite executives in Fortune 500 environments
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic foresight implementations
