Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and their socioeconomic impact through 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning models for market disruption and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Author quarterly strategic briefs for executive board and investor relations
- Establish innovation metrics and KPIs for future-readiness assessment
- Partner with R&D to prioritize breakthrough technologies in development pipeline
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech foresight
- Proven track record publishing trend analyses or scenario-planning frameworks
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning sessions
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS)
