Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop predictive models using AI-driven analytics and scenario planning methodologies
- Author executive-level strategic briefs with actionable recommendations for board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future opportunities
- Establish proprietary foresight frameworks for competitive advantage in emerging markets
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, AnyLogic)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or technological disruption topics
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic transformation initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or APF)
