Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies through 2026

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or futurist roles
- Proven experience with emerging tech forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI, and biotech trends
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
