Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into executable innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for C-suite decision-makers
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions using emerging technologies
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, scenario planning, or corporate strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executive-level narratives
- Strong proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
