- Develop strategic scenarios and roadmaps for organizational adaptation to future trends

- Deliver executive briefings on future-state implications across business units
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Quantify future opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario analysis
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers and conference presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into narratives
- Experience with futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Track record of influencing C-level strategy with future-oriented insights
