- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, VCs, and academic pioneers to scout breakthrough opportunities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications (blockchain, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with demonstrated success in executive-level presentations
