- Collaborate with C-suite to align long-term vision with quarterly execution
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive innovation trajectories
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Advise on ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and bio-integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published work on climate-tech convergence or human augmentation
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method)
- Track record of scaling innovation from concept to market
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, or data visualization tools
