Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for future market landscapes and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to validate and accelerate prototyping of next-gen innovations
- Monitor global policy/regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption and compliance
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing future-facing business strategies with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong presentation skills with experience to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related technical field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
