Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to forecast market disruptions and opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026+ business landscapes
- Lead interdisciplinary workshops to translate complex futures into executable innovation pipelines
- Build quantitative models predicting technology adoption curves and market tipping points
- Present strategic futures to C-suite executives using compelling visualizations and narratives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing products and services
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging industries
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Economics, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in consulting, innovation strategy, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, horizon scanning) and scenario planning
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) or equivalent
