Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D to align innovation portfolios with future market demands
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and lead a dedicated futures research team
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' for internal and stakeholder use
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or technology consulting
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record of successful long-range strategic implementation
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
