Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic roadmaps using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends for business impact
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce actionable foresight reports and executive briefings
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic outcomes
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong understanding of 2020s technological and socioeconomic megatrends
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into executable strategies
