Responsibilities

- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops on scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Author white papers on industry disruption and future market dynamics
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in trend analysis and strategic planning within tech/biotech sectors
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Familiarity with emerging tech stacks (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
